There’s a map, a detailed description, photos and information about places to stop en route. This is the best place to start when planning a walk or ride along the route.

This is the organisation that campaigns to maintain and improve the voie verte that runs  between Lavelanet to Mirepoix – great for cyclist, walkers and equestrians. There’s information on their site about places to stay and places to stop along the way. In French with an English language translation available.
